When a blood does not have adequate haemoglobin, or healthy red blood cells, it develops into a condition called anemia. In India, many of a anemia is due to iron scarcity i.e. bad iron in a diet. Second critical reason is thalassemia.


The causes of anemia include:

  1. Blood loss
  2. Poor prolongation of red blood cells
  3. Damage to a red blood cells


There are several forms of anemia:

  1. Iron scarcity anemia
  2. Vitamin scarcity anemia
  3. Chronic illness prompted anemia
  4. Aplastic anemia (not adequate prolongation of red blood cells)
  5. Bone pith disease-related anemia
  6. Haemolytic anemia (destroyed red blood cells)
  7. Sickle dungeon anemia (causes a red blood dungeon to take a crescent shape)
  8. Other singular anemia (thalassemia and malarial anemia)

  • Peanut butter
  • Tomatoes
  • Eggs
  • Pomegranates
  • Soy beans

  • Seafood
